Jopes Mill and Lodge: Terms and Conditions
The contract is between Nick and Sally Beach (Jopes Mill and Lodge) and the person making the actual booking (who must be over 18 years old). This contract is for short term holiday let only - no tenancy of the property is deemed to be granted or shall arise under these Conditions. The contract is only effective once the completed booking form is received with the required deposit and confirmation of acceptance has been sent by Jopes Mill. The rental is for the dates specified on the booking form which may not be changed without the written permission of the owners.
Deposit and Payment
A deposit of 25% of the full rental cost is required to secure your booking. The balance of the rental is payable four weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made less than four weeks before the arrival date the full amount is payable at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason please let us know as soon as possible. We will endeavour to re-let the property and, if successful, will refund some or all of the money you have paid. Where cancellation is due to Covid-19 infection, a requirement to self-isolate, or government tier changes or lockdown, we will refund your deposit and payment in full. We recommend that guests take out cancellation insurance.
Should the government or local authority announce Covid-related travel restrictions in SE Cornwall this contract will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave the property at least 24 hours before any such restrictions come into force. We will make a pro rata refund based on the number of nights you have stayed.
Only the people you have told us about on the booking form may stay in the rental property. If you wish to have additional people staying please talk to us first.
Sorry, we do not accept pets at either property.
