Covid-19 Policy

We want our guests to enjoy a relaxing and worry-free stay so we have put in place a range of measures to ensure that your stay is as safe as possible.

  • Our properties are cleaned to a very high standard at all times.  To allow for additional sanitising we are asking guests to arrive from 5pm on your arrival day and to leave by 9am on your departure day.

  • We have cut down the amount of additional items in our properties – books, games, cushions, etc.

  • No food will be left in properties between guests.

  • We require all guests to tell us if they develop Covid-19 symptoms before, during, or after their stay.  Where a case is confirmed we will cancel or delay the subsequent booking in discussion with the guests concerned.  We will be open in our communication with guests where such problems occur.

  • If you need to cancel your booking due to someone in your party or close to you developing symptoms, or needing to self-isolate,  we will refund your rental fee in full, or in part if your holiday is shortened.

  • If your booking is cancelled due to a previous guest having Covid-19 confirmed we will refund your rental fee in full, or in part if it is shortened. 

  • We will also refund your full rental fee if government advice would prevent you coming.
