Cycle - valley, sea and moors
A ten mile ride with 900ft of climb. First a gentle run down the valley to Seaton, then along the sea edge with views to Rame Head. Then a killer hill - can you avoid getting off to push! After that you can relax a bit and enjoy views of Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor before another killer hill - but down this time - you need very good brakes. Cli
