Schubert's Octet

Loved by musicians and audiences alike, Schubert’s Octet is arguably his best piece of chamber music. Come and enjoy this wonderful music in Jopes Music Room in comfortable and relaxed surroundings. We will start by exploring the background to the piece, with the players demonstrating some of the key features. Then you will be able to chat with the musicians over a glass of wine (for you – not the players!), following which we will perform the work.
