Anchor 1

We have brought together a line up of fantastic musicians to perform some music you'll know, and some you won't.  Be prepared to be surprised - music might pop up in odd places!  Featuring will be the MJM22 Chamber Ensemble, the Molendini String Quartet, and a set from the amazing Finn Collinson Band.  4pm to 8pm on Sunday, see below for Saturday.  There will be a bar selling beer, wine and soft drinks.  For tickets click here.

Saturday 2nd July - Free Informal Concert

We will be giving a short informal concert (just over an hour) in the music room at Jopes Mill including music by Bach, Vivaldi, Mozart and Puccini.  The concert is free and parking is available on site.  If you would like to come please email music@jopesmill.co.uk and tell us how many places you would like.  Space is limited so don't leave it too late.

Saturday

Sunday programme to include:

Mozart features with his wonderful quintet for clarinet and strings.  The MJM22 Ensemble will play Ravel's haunting Pavane, and then change the mood to have fun with Debussy's Petite Suite.  New for 2022 is our young talent slot - this year featuring the amazing Tarantellers.  The Finn Collinson Band will finish the day.

You can also experience the Valley Trail, where you will find music happening around the gardens and woods, and amongst the waterlilies.  There will be a few musical surprises and additions too!

Practicals for Sunday

Admission is by ticket available in advance - there won't be tickets on the day.  Tickets for Sunday are £15 (£5 for 11-16s) and can be purchased here. Children 10 and under go free.

You are very welcome to bring a picnic - there will be a bar selling wine, beer and soft drinks (courtesy of The Copley, Hessenford)

The car park is a 400yd walk from Jopes Mill - it's a lovely walk through the gardens.  There is a drop off point close by if you need it.  If you have mobility issues please contact us and we will try to help.

We don't provide seating but you are welcome to bring your own.

If it rains we will still go ahead - we have an excellent canvas awning - but the programme will be shortened.

Children are very welcome but must be supervised at all times - the River Seaton runs through the garden and is not fenced.
